Two nice parcels in a very difficult to get to area. These parcels are only accessible by snowmobile, possibly ski plane (lots of snow in that area) or one may walk in on a trail from Donkey Lake in the summer. There is a slight possibility you may get there by a 4 wheeler/Argo on the same trail, but then how do you get those to Donkey Lake?
The smaller parcel is surrounded by State land and is actually quite a rare find. Both parcels have a nice view and are in the midst of, one could almost call it, a Trophy" Moose hunting area. Of course, there are bears around, Black and Brown.
I have been flying over this area quite often and seldom do I ever see anybody there. The main reason probably is the difficulty to get there and of course, expensive to get flown in by air taxi to Donkey Lake and hike up the small trail or one would have to literally fly in by a helicopter.
The seller is getting up in age and would like to sell both properties together although they are not adjoining and as he said, "He would make someone a Hell of a deal!" Like $25K for both parcels.
