Remote Properties LLC will not provide or pay for transportation to and from the property (s), but may assist in making the necessary arrangements. Remote Properties LLC will not be responsible for any cost incurred from inspecting/viewing/showing the property to a Buyer or Seller if a transaction cannot be completed due to Title problems or any other circumstances.
Any inspection of property(s) is at the potential Buyer's risk and expense and Remote Properties LLC or the Seller assumes no liability.
The Seller will pay for Title Insurance and will transfer the property by Warranty Deed.
