It is a shorter season, mainly in the fall, but very productive with several streams to fish.  There are huge runs of Silvers / Coho Salmon that in the fall migrate to their spawning area. For example, one of the smaller streams has a run of about 20,000 Coho.

The fish here are a special variety and average between 13lb. to 18lb. and some exceed 20lbs.

Here you will catch not one or two fish a day, it is more like 10, 20 or more and yes, your arm will hurt at the end of the day.  The Fish you catch are fresh, just out of the ocean, chrome bright and full of fight.

The Buildings, and there are too many to mention, are well maintained and so is all the equipment.  Everything comes with the sale, down to the knives and forks, so you will be ready to operate. The seller thought there might be 6 or 7 ATV's, a Vehicle, 4 Generators (various sizes), Tools, Refrigerators, Freezers, Cooking Equipment, Vacuum Packing unit, Assorted Tackle and just about anything you can think of that you might need.

Access is by Alaska Airlines to Cordova and from there it would be by charter aircraft (bush plane) to the Lodge's private airstrip. It is apr. 60 miles or a good half hour flight.
