(Take an Over Flight on Google Earth)
Only about 25 miles as the crow flies due west from Anchorage is where you will find this remote, off the grid parcel.
A perfect spot to build yourself a little fishing or hunting cabin and or a place to tuck in when you are out snowmobiling.
It is easily reached by boat from the Deshka Boat Landing (Willow), or if you are brave enough you can go across the Inlet from Anchorage and up the river (only for experienced boaters due to the high tidal difference and the changing sandbars at the river’s mouth).
From here you have several great places to fish for salmon, boat up the Yentna River, or if you make a trail you are less than a mile from Alexander Creek for some “Great” Silver Salmon fishing.
The lot is heavily wooded and is back from the river about a 100’ or so to protect your property from erosion. There is a good 10’ river bank depending upon the water level.
In the winter time there is a short cut (trail) from there that leads over to Alexander Creek.
A great buy for $25,000.-
Seller prefers cash, but may look at terms with a large down payment.
