A nice, cozy Cabin of apr. 24’ x 20’ sq. ft. plus a Boat Shed, Gazebo for entertaining and barbequing and of course, the “ol” Outhouse.

Red Shirt Lake is one of the more popular lakes in the area as it is not too far from road access, less than 2 miles.  It can be reached by hiking or by canoe from Nancy Lake Parkway or in the winter, by snowmobile.  Of course, the lake is large enough to accommodate any size of float plane.  There is float plane service nearby in Willow (Willow Air) and it is just a short flight to the lake.

This lake is one of the most popular lakes for float plane pilots as it is just a short flight.  One does not have to go through mountain passes and it still offers a quiet and serene setting.

Seldom do we see any property come on the market in this area and they are usually at a premium.  This property here can be bought for the reasonable price of only $70,000.-  So if you are looking in that area you have just found a “Great Buy!”
