For those of you who are not familiar with this area, it is only 12 miles as the crow flies, due west from Willow or apr. 3 miles due east of Lockwood Lake. This is a total roadless area, completely off the grid and as it stands your only neighbors are moose and bear right now.
The property is apr. 800’ off this a small lake, which is less than a half mile long. It can only be reached by small airplane (Super Cub on floats or skis) or in the winter time by snowmobile, although there are not existing trails in the area and one would have to make one to the Susitna River, apr. 7 miles to the east.
Great hunting and one may even catch a grayling in the small outlet, which is a tributary to Kroto (Deshka) River. There is a nice stand of trees on the property. It appears that there is only one weekend cabin on the north side of the lake.
This property is being sold for an out of state church, which received it as a donation. The price is very low, but it has to be cash. Taxes on this property are only $50.33 a year.
The Price is only: $7,500.- $6,500Cash only.
