    The area is rich on wildlife;  moose, bears (black or brown), the occasional wolf or wolverine, foxes, martins, eagles, etc.

    The property is just enough off the beaten path from all the fishing lodges to assure a quiet setting.  Obviously, in this area of the Yentna – Fish and Lake Creek corridor, is one of the most productive salmon fisheries in South Central Alaska.  The lake is full of large pike.

    Best of all, having two individual lots plus the cozy and comfortable log cabin and all the “Goodies” that go with it and the price is only:  $59,900.-!!!  Naturally for this low price the seller would prefer cash.
