A nice, comfy log cabin with a sleeping loft just ready to be moved into for the summer. It is only about a half hour flight from Anchorage or one could get there by snowmobile or possibly by boat. By boat one would have to have a smaller jet boat to get almost up to the lake and from there you would have to hike, as a beaver dam blocks access to the lake.
As one can see from the pictures the cabin is very comfortable with a very nice wood cook stove plus an additional wood burning stove for heating, which in not completely hooked up.
The kitchen offers nice, sealed wooden counter tops and cabinets. The place comes mostly furnished.
The area is rich on wildlife; moose, bears (black or brown), the occasional wolf or wolverine, foxes, martins, eagles, etc.
The property is just enough off the beaten path from all the fishing lodges to assure a quiet setting. Obviously, in this area of the Yentna – Fish and Lake Creek corridor, is one of the most productive salmon fisheries in South Central Alaska. The lake is full of large pike.
Best of all, having two individual lots plus the cozy and comfortable log cabin and all the “Goodies” that go with it and the price is only: $59,900.-!!! Naturally for this low price the seller would prefer cash.
