Being that far up the river and the property being on a side channel (slough) which will just about ensure you of a quiet setting, as boaters usually don’t venture up that far and most of the commercial activities is usually centered around the mouth of the river.

If you are a hunter, you will have a great opportunity to “Bag” a big moose, a fox or marten.  There is also both, black and brown bears throughout the area and with some luck you may even see a wolf.
