A beautiful, apr. mile long lake just a short distance off the Skwentna River and about 100 miles north westerly of Anchorage. This roadless area is only reachable by float or ski plane or snowmobile in the winter.
A short trip to the Skwentna River can get you into some “Fine” Salmon fishing; Kings, Silvers, etc. Or if you keep a boat by the river a trip to the world famous Talachulitna River could be a very rewarding angling experience for Rainbow, Kings, Silvers, Reds, etc.
For you hunters, you have Moose and Bear (black and brown) throughout the area and several big bulls have been taken from there.
The lake itself has several nice cabins, which are mainly used for recreational purposes. The nice 5 acre parcel has an “Old Trapper Cabin” on it, no longer usable and of no value and offers quite a bit of lake frontage (spr. 700’+). A perfect candidate to split into 2-3 parcels for your children or friends.
The smaller parcel, on the north side of the lake is on a prominent point and offered for a great price for someone who wants to have his own place in a wilderness setting.
It is apr. an hour flight from Anchorage to this area by small plane along the scenic Yentna and Skwentna Rivers.
