Not often do we see some land for sale in this area.  This must truly be Paradise for the those who “Really” want to get away.

You are just a short distance from McKinley Park and to the west of the Parks Highway and the railroad.  But you are separated from both by the Chulitna River.

In the winter you are in an area snowmobilers would call “Paradise”.  In the summer it is a bit tougher to get to.  One may have to cross the Chulitna River by boat, although flying over I spotted a make shift bridge which may or may not be safe to cross or it may be privately owned (conditions and ownership unknown).

The lake may be big enough for a small airplane, such as a Super Cub or so, for winter or summer access.  But this is totally “Off the Grid”, with the exception one may receive a cell phone signal.

The setting and the area is absolutely stunning!  There is a large amount of wildlife throughout this area due to the proximity of McKinley Park (check map).  Bears, Moose, Wolves, Wolverine. Lynx and other fur bearing animals.

A great find for only $60,000.-!!!
