Petersville Area - Near Denali Lake    

What a great find!  Two nice, apr. 5 acre lots!  The land is well treed, decent ground and best of all, it is less than a mile off the Parks Highway from the parking lot at Mile Post 127.  It is actually between Denali Lake and the highway and just south of Bell Lake, if you are familiar with that area.

This is a great snowmobile and recreation area, winter or summer and one should be able to get there by ATV with a little bit of doing.

This highly popular area is getting built up ever so slowly and many people use this area for hunting, a little bit of fishing, photography (as some of the areas offer a fantastic view of Mt. McKinley and the Alaska Range) and last, but not least just to have some peace and quiet to build themselves a little retreat cabin.

The Price is certainly right at $19,500.- for one of those parcels and the seller would give a handsome discount if you buy both of them together.  But since it is an Estate Sale, it has to be cash.
