    During my personal inspection of the property most of the guestrooms were filled up with Japanese tourists with various meal plans and activity schedules.  Certainly a big task to handle for one person but ideally handled by a family, where everyone can help with the chores.

    The facility will come fully furnished with the exception of 3 or 4 heirlooms which the seller will point out during an inspection.  Fully furnished in this case means; bedroom furniture, linen, kitchen appliances, pot and pans, silverware, basically everything you would need to continue.

    This will have to be a cash sale and it may be easier to obtain bank financing to purchase the property as a large home or duplex, as interest rates are historically at the lowest.  While purchasing it as a business you may find out that banks will be a lot more reluctant to finance, if at all, and certainly interest rates will be a lot higher.  You will need outstanding credit and a source of income to cover the monthly payments as per bank / financial institution requirements in order to qualify for a purchase.
