Here is your chance to make your dream
come true. Lake Clark National Park and
Preserve may well be one of the greatest
places worldwide.
The apr. 1½ hour flight southwest from
Anchorage through the beautiful Lake Clark
Pass is an awesome sight and one may see
wildlife native to the area.
Flying though the Pass one feels as if
they can reach out and touch the magnificent
glaciers and flying through the rugged
mountains is an experience never to be
forgotten.
Keyes Point is located right in the middle
of everything, making it a great site
to have your recreation cabin or to use
as a jumping off spot to access other
renown locations in the area.
Access is by scheduled commercial flights
on Lake Clark Air, which lands at the
Keyes Point runway, apr. 3000', or of
course, in your own wheel or floatplane.
There is a year round caretaker and protective
covenants to maintain the integrity of
the area and your property value (750
sq. ft. minimum building requirement),
as well as a yearly Homeowners fee of
apr. $400.-, which includes maintenance
of the runway.
Fishing
– Photography – Exploring – Hunting (in
the Preserve only).
It doesn't
come any better then that.
The price for this little
bit of paradise is only $17,500.-
