Just where the Richardson Highway splits into the old/new section at the turn off to Copper Center, from there the property is about due West apr. a mile and a half.  Now this is totally off the grid and only a pioneer trail; i.e. partially cleared section line goes by the property.  It may be reachable by 4 wheeler/ATV or snowmobile.

The property has been surveyed, but it may be challenging for the novice to find.  So you had better be good with following directions and of course, knowing how to operate your GPS with the right setting is essential.

If you have the pioneer spirit and feel like you can live in an area as remote as this, then you have found the right place.  Just keep in mind, that the roads platted on the map are access easements only, but are NOT in.
