Apr. 3 miles east of Lake Louise on the snowmobile trail, and there are many throughout the area, is where you will find this beautiful secluded lake.

I have been told by some people you can make it there by ATV, but in my judgment it may be more of an expedition than a pleasure trip.

Jan Lake consists of an Upper and Lower Jan Lake and this property is located on what is called, Lower Jan Lake. It is accessible by float/ski plane, from Super Cub to the Cessna 206, in winter or summer time.

This lake holds a well kept secret. It was stocked by Fish and Game way back in the 50's with Rainbow trout and is one great Rainbow trout fishery!!!

So if you are looking for a winter or summer paradise and you want to get away from the razzle and dazzle of the more populated lake (Lake Louise) you just found your little paradise.

One lot, Tract A, has a very basic shelter cabin on it, but with the saying, "the worst cabin is better than the best tent", it will give you a great start until you build your own dream place.

These are truly the best lots on the lake, with a nice westerly, south westerly exposure for all the evening sun. Lots of caribou, moose and the occasional bear in the area.

Air Taxi service is available through Lee's Air Taxi from Tolsona Lake along the Glenn highway, At Mile Post 170, which is apr. a 20 minute flight.
